Description
Balto – Dog Hip Brace – Dysplasia
WHAT IS IT FOR? Support for canine hip pain – Dysplasia – Hip luxation
This dog hip brace helps dogs suffering from hip dysplasia, reduces pain by exerting bilateral compression on the hips and helps keep the femoral head in place.
It is also used for other pathologies such as hip arthritis or hip dislocation/luxation (post-surgery).
It is made of breathable and washable material that is both retentive and compressive.
BT LIFE comes with 2 handles adjustable in length that can be hooked to the brace in case of need and that the owner can use to help the dog get into or out of a car or on stairs. The handles can be removed if they are not necessary.

ADVANTAGES
BT Life consists of 2 rigid disks lined with a double layer of soft high-density material. These disks act to compress both hips, increasing body temperature in the zone and thus reducing the pain caused to the dog by the pathology. Constant use of the brace leads to concrete well-being in the life of the dog, reducing part of the effects of dysplasia.
FEATURES
- Reduced pain thanks to bilateral compression of the hips.
- Breathable fabric.
- Easy fit.
- Hand washable.
- Adjustable straps and handles.

HOW TO WEAR
Open all the straps, place the brace facing the dog’s rear legs and slip it on like a harness.
Before closing the straps check that the disks are correctly positioned at the hips.
Now slide the straps inside the white rings and close them on themselves, tightening them strongly to ensure proper compression.
If the straps are too long you can shorten them, removing the Velcro end and cutting the excess material.
Then put the Velcro part back on and tighten the straps so that they close near the back and not around the brace. It is important for the brace to be very tightly closed.
Put on the handles if necessary.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
- During the period of restraint, it is advisable not to leave the dog alone for too long, because it might try to remove the brace, by biting or scratching it.
As your pet has the potential to damage the brace or injure themselves, we recommend the supervision of your dog at all times when wearing the brace.

Dear Eve
I received the package around 2 weeks ago and then I use it with my dog. His name is Kaki, he’s 13 years old with hip osteoarthritis.
It made him more confidence when walking and stay by himself at day time. I attached the picture to show you. My vet took the picture to put on his Facebook to introduce your products to his clients.
Thank you for your help
